Wag offers two ways for your dog to get clean! The first is our professional grooming service and the second is our self-service dog wash . Our professional grooming service pampers your pup while you relax and the self serve wash is a fast and convenient way to bathe and bond with your dog. Select from our various self-wash or grooming packages. You have all the fun, we take care of the mess!
We strive for a relaxing grooming experience for your dog while at Wag. Our groomer works with one dog at a time from start to finish. To this end, we ask that your dog is picked up within 20 minutes of his/her grooming experience being complete. We will contact you 10-15 minutes prior to the end of his/her service.
Upon your first appointment, please let us know how you would like your dog to look and bring a picture if you would like. Our senior grooming stylist is an expert at her craft and will ensure your dog looks and feels great.
Package prices are estimates. Please ask the Wag staff and groomer for a more accurate idea of your dog’s grooming experience. Prices are based on dog size, breed, coat type and coat condition at time of service. Services listed below are estimates only.
Late Arrivals, Same Day Cancellations and No Show Policy:
We all have busy schedules and realize that sometimes things come up that are out of our control. Wag’s grooming schedule fills quickly and a “no show” occupies time in the grooming day that could have been used for another paying customer.
We request a courtesy call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel your grooming appointment.
A late customer leads to the rest of the day’s schedule being backed up and the possibility of your dog not getting the time with our groomer that he/she needs for a complete service.
Wag reserves the right to charge the following fees for late arrivals and no shows.
Late arrivals- $15 added to the final cost of your grooming bill
No Shows or Cancelling Same Day- $20 added to your bill upon your next grooming appointment
